Kenn Chu is a seasoned real estate professional with PropNex - Singapore’s Largest listed real estate agency. Since starting his career in 2011, he joined the multi-million producer club in 2013 and earned a spot in his then company, HSR’s magazine as one of the Top 30 Producers below 30 years old.

 

Kenn primary focus is on helping parents, driven by his belief that their choices today can profoundly influence and shape future generations. Most people may think that it's just about selling or buying real estate, but they are missing the point, it is really about helping parents to build homes and wealth that last. With this mission in mind, he established @kennthecap, which stands for “Choice Agent for Parents,” reflecting his commitment to this vital work.

 

He is also a real estate coach who run workshops and courses locally, invited by Wealthimize (formerly called Financial Mall)

 

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Kenn is a coach, conducting workshops and courses in collaboration with Wealthimize (formerly named Financial Mall), which comprises of other like-minded and trusted partners who are qualified in sharing non-property-but-wealth-related topics, so that holistic wealth knowledge can be shared so that everyone can make a sound investment decision.

 

Recently, Kenn has taken on the role of team and division trainer within his company, furthering his mission to equip others with the tools for success in the real estate industry.
